ACTIVE INCLUSION PROJECT
WCVA – Active Inclusion Project
At Stephens and George Charitable Trust, we provide a range of provisions to help support our local communities. Funded by the European Social Fund via the WCVA, our Active Inclusion project was set up to support young unemployed people aged 18-24 that are facing barriers to employment.
The barriers could be anything from low confidence, disability, physical or mental health conditions, low skills, substance misuse, any form of abuse, or simply a need for support with job sourcing, CV creation and application support.
The support is offered through one-to-one mentoring, training, short courses and up-skilling, application support, job searches and connecting participants with other organisations and provisions that may benefit them in their journey towards employment.
If you or someone you know could benefit from this project and you would like further information, get in touch for an informal chat to see if we can help.
